This beautiful pleco can change color very quickly to disguise himself. A South American Loricariidae from Rio Negro (Amazon river).
Dekeyseria brachyura is also known by L168 and Butterfly pleco. Synonym to Ancistrus brachyurus, Peckoltia brachyura and Zonancistrus brachyurus.
I did not had enough deep dive time with L168. Below you can find photo and video collection of the one that I cared for in a short period (one year or so).
